We moved to Bideford from the London area mid 2021 in-between the first wave of lockdowns and have been busy renovating the new house, designing and building kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms, along with installing a new demo room for our audio/visual and smart technology arm of the business. Building and installation work go and in hand with deep cleaning and final outside decoration (when the weather is kind). First impressions always count.
 
Whilst in London we had several small contracts for serviced apartments and high end property refurbishment projects mainly in Mayfair and Canary Wharf where attention to detail and our ability to be a ‘one stop shop’ from the start of contracts, to handing the property back to our clients at completion, in frankly, better than new condition. However as Covid19 had a huge effect on our clients ability to travel and the chaos within the supply chain, we decided that the move we always promised ourselves was the right thing to do and proving correct when the ‘war’ broke out.
 
Finding a suitable property for our business and ’space to live’ during this period wasn’t easy but we are here to stay and bring our unique range of services to the local area at massively reduced costs to local clients.
 
Claire, the Director of Your Key To Clean, has a wealth of experience in the hospitality/commercial cleaning industry with over 20 years in the business. With an eye for detail and a fastidious nature to provide the highest quality service.

Graham (partner and fellow Director) spent 25 years running the BBC support services at London Broadcasting House (studios, engineering and the Radio Theatre to name a few) and was officially everyones ‘get out of jail free’ card. You may surprised at what we have been asked to tackle over the years! It would probably make a good book.
 
Our ’smart technology’ installations (anything from design, heating control, lighting, multiroom audio, cctv/security to full home cinemas) are handled 'in house’ including the full ‘builders’ clean before handover and subsequent support. Many clients have become life long friends and there isn’t anything we wouldn’t do for them as, 'reputations are so hard to achieve and so easy to loose’.
 
Other changeover business locally seem to vary greatly but we are used to building long term relationships with extremely demanding clients at all levels and can manage just about any request and, indeed, may have suggestions that make all the difference utilising our many years experience.
